Returns

Custom & Personalized Items
Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item. We will work with you to provide a suitable solution.
