At NoelBow, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in their original condition and packaging.

Please contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged or we made an error with the order.

Custom & Personalised Orders

As many of our products are handmade or personalised, custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is a manufacturing defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to find the best solution, including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before production begins. Once production has started, cancellation may not be possible for personalised or made-to-order items.
